Going out of town first thing in the morning for the holiday, so my next few posts will again be by the wonderful water :D

Oh yeah! I took out the high arch inserts the doctor gave me for my foot issues and put on the Bandaid brand blister covers and then covered that in moleskin and I didn’t even realize that I had a blister on my foot until I got home and remembered that I was suppose to feel something there. I took my shoe off and no bloody sock and no more damage to the area at all. I think the big thing was the inserts. Right where it rubs is on the arch insert. So, pain from blisters with arch, or eventual pain from plantar fasciitis again from not wearing arches? I am going with no pain for now and deal with it later. :)
